Silver Spring, MD (AP) - The Curse of the Bambino fulfilled their own destiny by defeating the X-Men 66-53. No matter who faced the Curse the past 8 weeks they always had an answer. Controversy has already broken out in the Tidy Bowl game in which the Big Johnson's defeated the Deacon Blues 63-60. The Deacon Blues claim they told the Commissioner to start J. Wells over TJ Duckett, but the Commish does not remember the conversation. This "he said/he does not remember" looks to have cost the Deacon the game.
